Founded by Layla Love with feminist icon Gloria Steinem, Rise of the Butterfly is an organization using art as a catalyst to bring awareness and resources to those who have escaped the grips of human trafficking. Rise of the Butterfly's objective is to intersect art and activism to fund anti-trafficking organizations fueling conscious-raising actions and innovative, effective solutions. Comprised of a team of revolutionary activist artists and influencers, Rise of the Butterfly has successfully partnered with the largest and most established programs working to end global human trafficking, including Voices4Freedom and Coalition Against Trafficking in Women.
